Pursuant to the contract awarded to Waste Management of New Jersey, Inc., following a public bidding process, and an amendment to the Union County District Solid Waste Management Plan, all Solid Waste Types 13, 13C, 23 and 27 generated within the County of Union, whether collected by a Union County municipality itself (i.e., municipal DPW), or on behalf of such municipality by contract with a solid waste collector, or whether collected by private solid waste collectors, through contracts, or otherwise, from residential generators, governmental generators and/ or industrial generators within the County, must be delivered to Waste Management located at 864 Julia Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07201, effective June 20, 2018.
Please be advised that effective, June 20, 2018 the aggregate disposal fee will be $100.38 per ton for all Solid Waste Types 13, 13C, 23 and 27 generated within the County of Union.
