The Union County Utilities Authority (“Authority”) will conduct an online public auction for the purpose of selling certain surplus personal property described herein through www.USGovBid.Com. The auction will be conducted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36, and will be held on the online auction website: www.USGovBid.com.
The auction will begin at 9:00 AM EST on August 30, 2025, and end at 6:00 PM EST on September 4, 2025.
A general description of the items for sale, consisting of three motor vehicles, is included below. Additional details, as well as details of the auction, can be found online at www.USGovBid.Com. Bidders for this auction must electronically register at the website and, by taking part in the bidding process, are acknowledging that they have read, and fully understand, the terms and conditions outlined on the site, and agree to be bound thereby. The payment terms of the sale are posted on the website indicated herein. All sales will be made to the highest bidder and shall be final with all surplus personal property sold in “as is” condition without any express or implied warranties. The successful bidder may be required to execute a hold harmless and indemnification agreement concerning the use of the surplus personal property. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
